A creative testing engine for beauty brands — not another image generator.

Replace your Creative Testing System

VisualStage turns a single product photo into a structured, testable marketing campaign — three directions, fifteen creatives per product, one verdict.

01 — Input

One product. One paragraph.

02 — Output

A campaign kit, not a moodboard.

03 — Decision

Which creative actually performed.

Your content pipeline is
expensive, slow, and blind.

A system, not a prompt.

Two AIs, working as planner and director. One decides; the other executes. The output is a complete campaign kit, repeatable, ownable, and ready to be poured into your ad account.

  1. 01

    Brief intake

Product image, target market & price point. That's it. No moodboards required.

  2. 02

    Strategy model

The planner AI fixes positioning, audience, and the three angles your campaign will explore.

    structured prose
  3. 03

    Visual blueprints

Each creative gets a scene, a lighting note, props, mood, composition, type placement — before a pixel is rendered.

    3 × 5 grids
  4. 04

    Generator pass

The visual model renders each blueprint under brand-locked controls. No drift, no surprises.

    10–15 outputs
  5. 05

    Copy layer

Headlines, hooks, and messaging per variation — not “ad copy”, but a thesis with three accents.

    Verdict

You run the kit. We watch what wins. The next cycle inherits the winner's DNA.

    14-day loop

Every campaign explores three
irreconcilable arguments about
why someone should buy.

The Problem

Lead with the friction. Dryness, dullness, the 4pm mirror. Convert by relief, not aspiration.

  • — Before/after macro
  • — First-person testimonial
  • — Cold-palette grading

The Lifestyle

Sell the room, the morning, the woman who already owns it. Identity bought one bottle at a time.

  • — Environmental portrait
  • — Soft-focus props
  • — Quiet-luxury palette

Fifteen creatives.
One controlled set of variables.

Every tile below is a controlled mutation of a single blueprint — angle, crop, lighting, prop, or claim. You don't get noise. You get a designed experiment.

Frequently, and fairly, asked.

Is this an image generator?+

No. Image generators give you pictures. We give you a campaign — strategy, blueprints, fifteen controlled variations, copy per variation, and a verdict at the end. The image model is one stage out of six.

Will the creatives look like my brand?+

Yes — that's the entire point of the planner stage. Your palette, type, props, and tone get locked before generation. We will refuse drift, even when it would be flattering.

Who is this not for?+

Brands without revenue, brands without a media budget, and brands whose definition of “good creative” stops at “it looks nice in the feed.” We are a decision system. You need to be ready to make one.

How long until I see something?+

Direction memos within 72 hours. First creative pass within seven days. Full kit and debrief within fourteen.

Do we own the outputs?+

You own everything we deliver — images, copy, blueprints, the strategy memo. We keep the engine, not the kit.

What happens after the pilot?+

Most brands roll into a monthly cycle: a new kit every two weeks, with each round inheriting the last round's winners. You can pause without penalty.
